In this workshop, we will have a look into the subtle balance between strength versus flexibility using the Vinyasas Krama method. This method was developed in India thousands of years ago to help build strength, health and lightness in the body. When the body is less disturbed by physical ailments, it becomes more efficient, focused and comfortable when sitting or focusing for long periods. We will also have a glimpse into the methodology behind yoga asana and explore some core strengthening movements that develop this lightness in the body depth in the breath and calmness in mind.
