A Day of Relaxation, Reflection and Meditation
For most of us the end of the year is full on. There’s work to finish off and even though a break is coming, the holiday season can bring different kinds of stress – failed expectations, family dramas and lots more.
Meditation offers genuine relief from a cluttered mind and getting caught in exhausting stories. With a regular practice, meditation can literally save the day. Regular meditation is also one of the kindest things that we can do for our family and friends because it helps us to improve our relationships.
This full day immersion offers an opportunity to discover or deepen your meditation practice. We will spend the first part of the day in silence, to ensure that build a peaceful foundation. After lunch we will practice the ancient art of self-inquiry, exploring any personal blocks that get in the way of living to our potential. This will be followed by a drawing and/or writing session so that we have a take-home reminder of our insights.
Venue: The event will take place at Soul Centre in Titirangi. Soul Centre is a beautiful and peaceful space, perfect for meditation and reflection.
Teacher: Seb Stewart has engaged in study and retreat with a host of internationally renowned spiritual teachers over the past 25 years and has been teaching meditation since 1997.
Seb draws inspiration from Buddhism, Hinduism, western philosophies and the people that he meets in daily life.

Investment: $75 for those earning more than the living wage of $20.20 per hour. For those earning less than the living wage the cost is $40.
The meditation day course will be fully catered with delicious plant-based food. Gluten free options will be available. If you have additional dietary needs, please let us know with at least 2 days notice.
