Come along on and get inspired by dance as a way to stretch and release the body, calm the mind, experience our unique soul expression and cultivate inner strength, flexibility, empowerment, spaciousness and bliss.
DANCEmandala is a free-from movement and dance meditation practice that provides a contained, non-judgmental space for embodied self exploration and transformation. This is a meditative practice where you are invited to turn your gaze inward and enter your individual personal journey guided by music, sound vibration and gentle instruction. This allows us to deepen our self-awareness and truly listen and tune in to the wisdom of our own body as we discover gateways to our authentic expression, creativity and alignment with the inner and outer flow of life.
Anna is a certified DANCEmandala Facilitator and is passionate about empowering people to connect to their bodies, embrace their authenticity, unlock their potential and inspire growth and healing within themselves.
